What size Hollister jeans should I get?

It's been a couple of years since I have bought jeans form Hollister and I will admit that I have gained a few pounds. I was wondering what size that I would would fit into. I wear a size 9/10 from aeropostale and a 9/10 from Arizona jeans from JCP. Should I get 9 regular or 11 regular? And where can I find a size chart?
