I have a question to ask about Scriptwriting, can writers answer me please?

You know in films like Wayne's WOlrd when he is constantly talking to the camera {Wayne} what do you put down on the script?I mean like if it is a charcter's thoughts on a certain situtation you just put VO - for Voiceover but what do you put on the script if they are talking to the camera?Like how do you lay it out?
