Im going on holidays in two weeks and im so worried the seatbelt wont fit as iv put on weight since last year?

im a size 20 and worry il have to ask for a seatbelt extender i would feel so embarred and i no not all flights have them which would be so humilating if i needed one..im flying with first choice and thomson..has any1 else of my size needed an extender flying?
