Best friend?

my best-friend in the world the one person who should have children hasn't managed to have one yet....she tried and no go. i have had four kids and it killed me each time i had to call and tell her....is it okay for me to tell her that i will be surrogate...i really think she would make a great mom she is a great ' aunt' to my kids. i really want her to be a mommy.
