Looking for info about teen girls outfits from the 50s: i found so far it consisted of the following:?

mary jane shoes, bobby socks, pantie girdle, wool skirt, bullet bra, Cashmere sweater, jewellery, and a hair scarf; the question is, some of the pantie girdles have garter straps, did the girls wear thoughts or just the panties? if they did, did they just wear stockings? any info on what teenage girls had on back in the 1950s?
