Is it still a mans world?

Yeah. Its definitely a man's world. Not only man, but a white middle to high cl man. What we can do, as women, is educate ourselves and excel in our own personal fields. Let our actions speak for themselves. It's not going to happen over night but change comes eventually....look at Hillary Clinton. Who would have ever thoght that a woman would be running for president?
