I am looking for a legal doent template waiving rights to a marital home in NJ.?

I was denied my motion in court by a judge however, my soon-to-be ex does not want any part of the martial home and is willing to waive his rights completely to anything regarding it. I want to get this in writing and notarized so he can never back out of this verbal arrangement. I want to make sure that the doent is very detailed and covers my completely just in case I ever want to sell it for a profit and then he claims he is entitled to any of that profit.
