I am at a crossroads with career choice.?

I have a work history in Finance, but obtained a degree in Marketing. I was only to obtain one job in Marketing and was laid off last year. I applied for so many jobs in Marketing, but no luck. So I had an oppurtunity for a job in Finance and took it because, I could not be w/o a job. Even though I am capable of the job, my pion is still in Marketing. So, what should I do, I hate to jump from one job to another. Also, I need this job financially. Should, I wait a year and start looking again in the Marketing field. Also, tomorrow I am being introduced to all of the staff at my new job, and I need to tell something of myself. Should I just mention my work history in Finance considering my Marketing degree isn't relevant to this job?? Thanks so much!!
