I am 28 weeks pregnant today and ealier i had a headache,eyeache,ear ache, and my throat hurt all on the left?

side and my nose as also bleeding on the left side i took tylenol but my headache is back tonight and my eye is starting to hurt agin also my teeth but its only on the left side of my head or whatever anyone know what could cause this please let me know thanks in advance
