I know you've heard this before, but you will need to start with a healthy diet. Next I would suggest a good cardio workout: maybe jogging or swimming for at least 30 minutes per day. In addition, it would be a good idea to add strength training to your routine. Since muscle burns more calories than fat, as you build more muscle, you will also burn more calories during your workouts. I Hope this helps.
