How can you stop over production of Acetylcholine?

The only thing I can think of are anticholinergic drugs that act to inhibit the action of acetylcholine. But as far as production, I don't know of any drugs that inhibit that other than poisons. Only a doctor would really be able to help you - maybe if you didn't get any help from a regular doctor you could try talking to a homeopathic doctor.
