How can i identify a attacking computer?

Norton Security 360 runs backup scans and lately it has notified me about a curtain intrusion by an attacking computer(port scan). I have noticed the number of the intruder is always the same. Is there a data base where i can look up this number and find out if it is safe to let through the firewalls.
