Hit a sewer hole, airbags deployed on me can i sue?

In my neigborhood at 20mph i hit a manhole that was in the middle of the street. I thought i could clear it as i did the others but this one was alittle bigger which popped my car in the air and my airbags ejected. Im fine but my arm is sore from the airbag coming out the steering wheel while my hand was there. Could i sue the city my car isnt running the same and my interior dash is cracked in pieces? could i sue or where do i go from here? please help thanks.
